Forms and Procedures

ALL EVENTS – STEP 1:  First consult the Master Calendar available on our website, to be sure the room(s) are available and that no other events conflict with yours.

SIMPLE EVENT –  STEP 2:  For simple events like meetings, send an email to the Parish Administrator  requesting the room for the date(s) and time(s) you need.

LARGE EVENT – STEP 2: 

• For large events that involve the whole parish that may be promoted to the public:
Complete an Event Promotion Request Form (see below) and send to the office per the instructions at the bottom of the form.
• The event will be reviewed at the next office staff meeting (currently on Tuesday mornings). The staff will notify you if the event & date are approved.

LARGE EVENT –  STEP 3:  If approved, download  the Event Scheduling Procedure (below) for details on promotional materials
